Job Overview: We are on the lookout for a motivated Sales Associate to team up with our New Home Sales Consultant (NHC) in the sales journey, facilitating the process of new home sales. In this role, you will acquire, practice, and enhance vital sales and marketing competencies while adhering to company standards and performance metrics. Your responsibilities will include assisting the NHC in performing competitive analyses, engaging with realtors, and ensuring community integrity on a daily basis. This position serves as an excellent opportunity for career advancement to the New Home Consultant (NHC) role, and weekend availability is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Professionally represent M/I Homes with a positive attitude
  • Assist NHC in formulating sales and marketing strategies to achieve division objectives
  • Employ selling skills developed through company training programs with customers
  • Ensure timely and professional presentation of model homes and homesites
  • Register customers and accurately input their information
  • Contribute to the creation of marketing plans and materials for customer outreach
  • Maintain community signage in a clean and accurate condition
  • Collaborate with NHC on various sales and marketing initiatives
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
