In the role of Sales Associate, you will play a crucial part in acquiring new business and managing existing accounts through the six stages of sales: Prospecting & Outreach, Understanding Your Customer, Setting Meetings with Acquired Knowledge, Presenting Proposals, Closing Deals, and Ongoing Account Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consistently achieve monthly targets related to renewals and acquisitions.
- Manage existing accounts while expanding your portfolio.
- Regularly engage in lead generation to enhance our database.
- Boost our market share by selling B2B products to new clients.
- Schedule meetings with clients for acquisitions, renewals, and upgrades.
- Enhance client satisfaction through dedicated account management.
- Maintain an updated dashboard reflecting all sales activities.
- Collaborate with Finance, Customer Support, Legal, and Marketing teams on sales-related matters.
- Gather market insights and stay informed about local laws and developments.
