The Revenue Operations team plays a crucial role in ensuring the success of our go-to-market strategies. As a Sales Commissions Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end commissions process and strategy, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment with both GTM and company objectives.
Your responsibilities will include ensuring timely and compliant payments, driving process improvements, and producing strategic insights to inform incentive design and sales performance. You will work closely with senior leaders in GTM, RevOps, P&C, and Finance to ensure that commission programs support both growth and accountability. Additionally, you will lead, coach, and develop a team of analysts to enhance the rigor, automation, and impact of our commissions engine.
This role is strategic and hands-on, suited for an experienced operator who brings analytical depth, operational leadership, and a strong commitment to continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.
Your Responsibilities:
As the Sales Commissions Manager, you will lead the implementation and development of our sales compensation system. Collaborating with various teams, you will promote operational excellence, ensure alignment with the company's OKRs, and provide strategic direction on compensation programs designed to enhance performance and retention.
Monthly Payments and Reporting
You will accurately calculate payments and submit them to payroll on time, ensuring adherence to all processes and controls. Managing this essential function, you will guarantee transparency, timeliness, and alignment with GTM priorities. Additionally, you will facilitate monthly review meetings for RevOps and managing directors, presenting actionable data to inform strategic decisions.
