We are currently seeking a skilled Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with clients through daily calls and meetings, utilizing a consultative approach to guide them in making informed real estate decisions that align with their business objectives.

As a Sales Consultant, your contributions will be critical to our growth. You will sell residential and commercial properties, comprehend client needs, conduct property demonstrations, and facilitate the successful closure of deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Property Sales: Manage the sale of residential and commercial properties from our inventory, conduct showings, provide insights, and negotiate offers on behalf of clients.
  • Understanding Client Requirements: Establish a connection with clients to ascertain their real estate needs and preferences, offering professional guidance on buying, selling, and investment opportunities.
  • Lead Generation: Actively generate and follow up on leads to expand our client base and maintain a strong professional network to create business opportunities.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitive offerings to provide clients with timely and accurate market insights.
  • Managing Client Relationships: Ensure clients are well-informed regarding available properties, including features, benefits, and pricing, while building and sustaining strong relationships to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Demonstration and Site Visits: Conduct property demonstrations and arrange site visits for clients to help them visualize their potential investments.
  • Deal Closure: Facilitate the timely closure of property transactions, ensuring all required documentation and processes are completed efficiently.
