RESPONSIBILITIESRecruit, coach, and oversee a team of Sales Development Representatives. Develop and refine a data-driven strategy for outbound and inbound sales. Provide regular updates on both team and individual performance metrics. Identify opportunities for process, efficiency, and productivity enhancements. Collaborate cross-functionally with the Marketing team on key initiatives. QUALIFICATIONSMinimum of 2 years of management experience in software sales. Proven track record in leading teams and achieving sales targets. Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data for strategic decision making. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for mentoring and developing talent within the organization.

Role overview

The Sales Development Manager will lead the Sales Development team in Dublin. This group serves as the first point of contact for potential customers and plays a key role in Gong.io’s growth. The manager will focus on building and developing the team to drive engagement with target customers.
