Responsibilities:Make a minimum of 100 calls daily to engage with potential clients. Converse with decision-makers to present our value proposition. Effectively communicate “Our Message” to every qualified prospect. Achieve a goal of at least 3 qualified appointments each week, preferably face-to-face or via Zoom (not phone). Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of prospects. Utilize HubSpot to track all activities and progress. Exhibit a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions. Qualify prospects based on established criteria. Collaborate with team members to enhance sales efforts. Directly schedule prospect meetings on the Outside Sales calendar. Provide regular reports on progress towards daily, weekly, and quarterly objectives. Requirements:Proven experience in cold calling within a B2B environment. Fluency in American English is essential. Background in Sales is highly desirable. High energy and motivation to perform. Exceptional prospecting skills. Ability to quickly forge strong business relationships. Strong interpersonal skills, including effective communication and active listening. Capacity to multitask and adapt swiftly to changing circumstances. Proficiency in computer usage and typing skills for accurate data entry. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic in a dynamic setting. Basic understanding of the sales process and lead generation techniques. Familiarity with MS Office, HubSpot, and telephony systems is a plus.
