Conduct thorough research on accounts and decision-makers (SRE, platform, infrastructure leadership) and craft compelling outreach messages that elicit responses. Effectively qualify inbound and outbound leads, ensuring proper routing with clear context for subsequent actions. Collaborate closely with Account Executives and founders to refine messaging, targeting, and follow-up strategies. Maintain meticulous CRM records to accurately capture activities, contexts, and outcomes. Continuously iterate on outreach sequences and experiments to enhance reply rates, conversion, and meeting quality. Develop repeatable playbooks based on successful strategies and share insights with the team.
