Skilled in lead research and personalized outreach utilizing tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Crunchbase. Familiarity with CRM systems is essential. Availability to work during US time zones (PST, EST, CST). A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is a vital position tasked with identifying and qualifying both inbound and outbound sales opportunities. As the first point of contact for potential clients, you will significantly contribute to the initial stages of the sales process. Collaborating closely with Account Executives and Sales Managers, you will schedule meetings and create a robust pipeline of qualified leads through high-volume prospecting utilizing email, LinkedIn, and cold calling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Compile lead lists leveraging platforms such as LinkedIn, Apollo, Crunchbase, and various industry directories.
  • Conduct thorough research on prospects to tailor outreach efforts, focusing on company size, sector, and specific pain points.
  • Assess inbound leads to determine alignment with company criteria.
  • Arrange consultations for the Sales Manager or closing team members (e.g., Doctor, Nurse, Owner).
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates within the CRM system.
  • Work in tandem with the marketing team to follow up on campaigns and events.
  • Grasp the company's offerings, ideal customer profile, and value proposition.
  • Achieve or surpass weekly and monthly KPI targets, including calls, emails, and meetings scheduled.
  • Monitor and report on outreach effectiveness and lead conversion rates.
