Role Overview
In this pivotal position, you will significantly influence Climatiq's expansion by qualifying incoming leads, facilitating the sales process, and managing deal closures. The initial six months will focus on qualifying and triaging our inbound leads, alongside proactive outbound prospecting and pipeline development. Over time, we anticipate your responsibilities will expand.
Your role will involve driving new business through a consultative sales approach tailored to both technical professionals and business executives.
As the primary contact for prospects, you will need to develop a deep understanding of our customers' needs, our solutions, and the sustainability software market. Your enthusiasm for technology and sustainability will be essential, as you will be showcasing a technical sustainability product to an audience that is both tech-savvy and sustainability-conscious.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate incoming leads to ensure alignment with customer requirements, conduct outbound prospecting, and coordinate next steps on an Account Executive’s calendar.
- Identify the needs of target prospects and effectively communicate the value proposition of Climatiq.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of prospects and interactions within HubSpot.
- Establish connections with early-stage prospects through personalized education and resources, such as webinars, whitepapers, and case studies, until they are ready to advance in the sales funnel.
