This Role
As one of the pioneering Sales Development Representatives at Finch, you will play a crucial role in shaping our growth strategy. You will be responsible for managing the top-of-funnel activities, developing our outbound playbook, and being the first point of contact for many law firms. If you are passionate about making a meaningful impact early in your career and are eager to grow rapidly, this is the job for you.
What You'll Do
This outbound-focused position is at a company that is still defining its go-to-market strategy. You will not only prospect but also contribute to building the foundational systems as we expand.
Manage the top-of-funnel pipeline through outbound emails, cold calls, and LinkedIn outreach directed at law firm decision-makers.
Develop Finch's Sales Development Representative playbook from the ground up , experimenting with messaging, tracking outcomes, and rapidly iterating.
Transform initial interest into scheduled meetings for our Account Executive team.
Ensure accurate and organized pipeline data within our CRM to enable swift and confident team actions.
Represent Finch at legal technology conferences and industry gatherings.

Must-Haves
