The Role

As a Sales Development Representative, you will engage in activities typical of modern SDRs while being an integral part of our consulting team. You will collaborate closely with InsideScale leaders, gaining in-depth knowledge of sales development practices.


This is not a role for those seeking menial tasks; you will be entrusted with sourcing critical pipelines for our clients' sales teams, providing you with the chance to shine in front of significant companies and industry leaders. The ultimate goal? To secure a full-time position with one of our clients or to advance your consulting career with us.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze the client's market, product offerings, and the challenges they address
  • Identify and engage with key stakeholders within target accounts that align with the client's ideal buyer persona
  • Source, refine, and maintain prospect data using various tools while adhering to InsideScale’s processes
  • Conduct multi-channel sales development activities (email, calls, video, social media, direct mail, etc.) utilizing top-tier software
  • Strive to meet and exceed KPIs, including scheduled meetings and daily/weekly engagement metrics across the aforementioned channels
  • Assist InsideScale leadership in formulating multi-channel messaging based on insights gained from prospect interactions and a deep understanding of the client's product
  • Act as a dependable partner to both the client and InsideScale through effective collaboration and communication


Requirements

  • A strong desire to cultivate a career in the SaaS sector and an ambition to join fast-growing startups
  • Technologically adept with the ability to learn and utilize various tools/apps; familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach.io, or similar platforms is advantageous
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining InsideScale's high-quality standards
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with Client ICPs, clients, and internal teams
