About The Role
We are in search of dynamic and driven Sales Development Representatives to become part of our Commercial team. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence across the Nordics and Europe while facilitating our expansion into new markets as we grow.
As an SDR at Two, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective customers, demonstrating the value of Two’s offerings and contributing to our go-to-market triumphs. Your responsibilities will include generating and qualifying leads, scheduling discovery calls, and working closely with our Sales Managers and Chief Commercial Officer to develop robust regional pipelines.

What You’ll Do
- Engage potential customers through various channels including phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Qualify both inbound and outbound leads and arrange discovery meetings for Sales Managers
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of Two’s products, customer segments, and unique value propositions
- Collaborate with the broader commercial team to refine outreach strategies and create enabling content
- Conduct market research to effectively identify and qualify target industries and buyers
- Maintain precise records of all prospect interactions within our CRM system
