Your Role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative I to spearhead our outbound prospecting efforts. In this pivotal role, you will connect with senior executives and technical leaders at startups and SMBs through various communication channels, including phone, email, and LinkedIn. Your responsibility will be to create tailored messaging, secure qualified meetings, and work collaboratively with our sales leadership and founder to refine our processes and strategies. You will thrive in a supportive and ambitious environment, where celebrating successes and tackling challenges together is integral to our culture. Your Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to identify and engage potential customers in targeted markets.

  • Initiate outreach through email, phone, and LinkedIn to connect with prospects.

  • Manage incoming leads and qualify them through insightful discovery calls.

  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to refine messaging and develop campaigns.

  • Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives.

  • Maintain detailed records of activities and interactions in our CRM system.

  • Collect market intelligence and share valuable feedback with the team.

  • Serve as a representative of Zip’s core values and mission when engaging with prospects.
