Support with ad hoc projects as they arise.Desired Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree or a certification in a business-related field.• Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant or in a relevant role.• Proficient in CRM and Multiple Listing Services (MLS).• Experience with Property Management software (e.g., Appfolio, Buildium, etc.).• Strong background in content writing or copywriting.• Familiarity with content management systems.• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (minimum B2 level).• Strong organizational and time management abilities.• Willingness to work during graveyard shifts.Technical Requirements:• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation capabilities.• Functional Webcam.• Computer with a minimum 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM.• Internet connection with a primary speed of at least 25 Mbps and a backup speed of 10 Mbps.
