Minimum of 2 years in cold calling or lead generation within IT staffing and professional services. Demonstrated success in outbound sales or lead generation, with a proven record of achieving sales targets. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a persuasive and engaging style. Ability to research and tailor outreach strategies to align with potential clients' needs. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple prospects while tracking progress efficiently. Self-driven and results-oriented, with a desire to excel in a competitive landscape. Experience collaborating with Western companies is preferred.
