Why Are We Hiring for This Role?
UpGuard is on the hunt for a seasoned and results-oriented SDR Manager to lead and expand our Sales Development Representative (SDR) team on the US West Coast. This is a fully remote position within the United States. In this critical role, you will play a key part in driving pipeline generation, refining sales processes, and cultivating a high-performing team within a fast-paced and innovative cybersecurity environment. Your expertise in sales leadership, analytics, and cutting-edge sales technologies, including AI and automation, will be instrumental in achieving and exceeding our business goals.
