Key Responsibilities:
- Timely Response: Engage with inbound leads promptly (within established SLAs).
- Initial Outreach: Utilize personalized emails, phone calls, and SMS to connect with prospects.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and AEs using HubSpot Meetings.
- CRM Management: Ensure accurate logging of all activities, notes, and lead dispositions in HubSpot.
- Lead Nurturing: Engage with cold leads who may not be ready to make a purchase, integrate them into follow-up cadences or coordinate with marketing.
- Monitoring and Triage: Manage website contact forms, inbound calls, demo requests, and email inquiries efficiently.
- Collaboration: Work closely with AEs to guarantee seamless handoffs and calendar alignment.
- Feedback Provision: Offer insights to marketing and sales teams regarding lead quality and patterns.
