Position: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Your Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with Account Executives (AEs) to facilitate smooth movement of deals through the sales pipeline , setting meetings, following up on action items, and ensuring seamless transitions.

Conduct mid-funnel follow-ups post-demo to sustain engagement , check in with prospects, address queries, and maintain deal momentum.

Re-schedule missed demos by reaching out to no-show prospects to reintegrate them into the calendar.

Engage with inbound leads from our website or marketing initiatives , transform initial interest into substantial dialogues.

Revitalize past opportunities by reconnecting with dormant CRM leads and initiating new conversations.

Work closely with the sales team to guarantee smooth transitions for every qualified lead.

Ensure CRM integrity by keeping all records, activities, and notes precise and updated , helping the team stay aligned and focused.
