As the Sales Director, you will lead our initiatives to drive revenue growth, expand our market presence, and oversee a dynamic sales organization. Your role will involve mentoring and motivating a team of sales professionals to reach ambitious sales targets, while ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term business success.
Your Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Leadership
- Formulate and implement a high-impact sales and business growth strategy that aligns with the company’s ambitious expansion goals.
- Identify and leverage new market opportunities, establishing partnerships that promote business growth and revenue enhancement.
- Oversee and optimize the entire sales operation to ensure efficiency, scalability, and high performance.
Revenue Growth
- Lead large-scale negotiations to secure high-value commercial agreements with key stakeholders, enterprises, and institutional clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with high-level decision-makers, including developers, investors, and government officials.
- Create and manage a robust pipeline of new business opportunities, guiding deal closures that contribute to the company's revenue growth.
Sales Team Management & Leadership
- Inspire and lead a large, high-performing sales team (200+ members) to achieve excellence.
- Foster a sales culture grounded in accountability, motivation, and alignment with business objectives and revenue goals.
- Recruit, train, and retain top sales talent, creating a high-energy, results-oriented environment.
Collaboration with Leadership & Market Expansion
- Collaborate closely with business strategy teams and senior management (including the CEO) to define the company’s expansion roadmap and explore new market entry strategies.
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine product-market fit, sales models, and go-to-market strategies.
- Work in tandem with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure the successful implementation of sales initiatives.
Market Development & Competitive Strategy
- Analyze regional market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes to refine sales strategies and uncover emerging opportunities.
- Craft localized sales playbooks tailored to diverse customer needs and market conditions.
