Role overview
This is the first Sales Enablement Manager position at Aikido Security, based in Chicago, Illinois. The role centers on supporting the sales team’s performance and readiness. Collaboration is key: the Sales Enablement Manager will partner with product marketing to develop and update sales materials, work with HR to onboard new sales hires, and coordinate with sales leadership to deliver training and resources.
The goal is to make sure sales teams understand Aikido’s products, know their audiences, and communicate clearly at every stage of the sales process.
Key responsibilities
- Create and maintain sales materials in partnership with product marketing
- Assist HR with onboarding new sales team members
- Work with sales leadership to provide ongoing training and resources
- Ensure the sales team has a strong grasp of Aikido’s products and target markets
- Contribute to refining messaging and communication strategies throughout the sales funnel
