About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer to join our team and provide exceptional support to our commercial clients. In this pivotal role, you will connect our customers with our engineering, product, and design teams, ensuring they receive the technical education and support they need during the pre-sales phase.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead engaging discussions and product demonstrations to highlight our capabilities, addressing customer challenges and responding to inquiries effectively.

  • Create technical documentation that assists customers in implementing specific use cases or enhancing our solutions.

  • Collaborate with account teams to accurately capture customer requirements and translate them into Socket's capabilities, focusing on the business benefits.

  • Support Proof of Concepts (POCs) tailored to customer needs, providing technical expertise and guidance throughout the evaluation process.

  • Advise customers on how to integrate our solutions into their existing infrastructure seamlessly.

  • Communicate customer feedback and product needs to our Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales teams to enhance our offerings.

  • Work closely with the Customer Success team to drive post-sales revenue and ensure customer retention and satisfaction.

  • Lead cross-functional projects that involve collaboration across Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.
