Your Role

As a vital member of our global Sales Engineering team, you will collaborate with the Merchant Sales group in London. Your role is to connect complex technical capabilities with tangible business outcomes. Rather than merely demonstrating our API, you’ll illustrate to the UK’s most ambitious merchants how Mollie can streamline their checkout processes, enhance operational scalability, and foster business growth.

In this Sales Engineer position, you will take the lead on the technical journey for our Enterprise segment, swiftly identifying and implementing solutions that facilitate new business acquisition. From strategizing during pre-sales to overseeing the technical onboarding of new partners, you will be the go-to expert. Your ability to transform process-related challenges into sophisticated product solutions will ensure that every merchant we onboard is set up for lasting success on our platform.

Your Contributions

  • Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and guide them through our SaaS offerings.

  • Lead the technical pre-sales initiatives to develop solutions that attract high-value merchants to Mollie.

  • Manage the technical onboarding process for merchants, ensuring a smooth transition to our platform.

  • Design and propose technical solutions that address business challenges such as checkout scalability and cost efficiency.

  • Translate intricate technical frameworks into straightforward, outcome-oriented business benefits for stakeholders.
