At least 2 years, preferably 4 years of consistently exceeding sales quotas in selling professional services and developing market opportunities. Technical skills and certifications are advantageous but not mandatory. Proven ability to manage varying schedules and meet tight deadlines. Experience thriving in a dynamic work culture that adapts to procedural and technological changes. Self-motivated team player with a proactive approach to identifying strategic opportunities. Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and succinctly.

  • Showcase a strong technical aptitude across various modern technologies including Datacenter Operations, Server Infrastructure, Virtualization, VoIP, Network Infrastructure, and Cloud services like SaaS, DaaS, and IaaS. While experience is advantageous, a willingness to learn and grow is equally valued.
  • Utilize a Client Relationship Management (CRM) system to strategically plan and monitor sales activities, emphasizing the importance of accurate sales forecasts and a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Exhibit a proven track record of cultivating robust customer relationships.
  • Demonstrated success in selling to C-Level Executives.
  • Proficient in managing diverse schedules and meeting stringent deadlines.
  • Develop multiple strategic alternatives to drive decision-making processes.
  • Possess outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, along with strong presentation and organizational abilities.
  • Respond proactively to the needs of prospects, ensuring high levels of sales satisfaction.
  • Establish and maintain measurable milestones and metrics for tracking the progress of strategic initiatives.
  • Follow up on sales to ensure retention and explore new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals to C-Level Executives and IT Decision Makers.
  • Build trust and credibility with executives across varied industries.
  • Skilled at identifying potential challenges within the sales cycle and adapting strategies accordingly.
  • Exhibit strong listening skills, adjusting sales approaches based on verbal and non-verbal client signals.
  • Understand the prospecting process and how to convert opportunities into successful sales.
  • Demonstrate a solid grasp of competitive sales techniques and strategies to effectively present the company's value proposition.
  • Identify and cultivate new client and sales opportunities through proactive prospecting efforts, including calls, engagements, and proposals to meet monthly quotas.
  • Develop a strategic growth pipeline to achieve annual new business goals.
  • Showcase self-discipline, diligence, and a keen sense of urgency in pursuing strategic opportunities.
