Fluent in English, both spoken and written; proficiency in Swedish is a plus.

Your Role:

As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through B2B channels in key markets. Your responsibilities will include tactical and strategic initiatives, from providing price quotations to developing long-term channel strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in B2B outbound selling, identifying suitable customer targets for our range of sustainable products.
  • Focus on sectors such as BCorps, hospitality, universities, and corporate clients.
  • Enhance sales with existing customers by increasing purchase breadth and frequency.
  • Identify and onboard third-party resellers for corporate gifting to expand our market presence, particularly in regions without a sales or marketing footprint.
  • Manage our CRM system to keep the sales pipeline visible to key team members.
  • Contribute to product range development based on customer feedback to meet market demands.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Operations to build product-level forecasts informed by estimated channel demand, considering lead times and cash conversion.

Geographic Coverage: Primarily focused on the Nordics and UK, with plans to expand into Germany.
