Role overview

The Sales Manager will shape and lead Handoff’s sales operations. This position covers all facets of sales: outbound prospecting, inbound lead management, re-engagement of past contacts, and account expansion. The role centers on building a high-performing revenue engine from the ground up.

What you will do

  • Design and manage the core sales operating framework
  • Recruit and train sales representatives
  • Develop strategies for pipeline generation and inbound conversion
  • Partner with Customer Success to grow accounts
  • Forecast sales, track performance metrics, and create sales playbooks
