Comfortable with cold outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate leads and connect with decision-makers. Demonstrated history of exceeding targets and fostering growth. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and sustain strong relationships. Effective time management, thriving in a dynamic environment with a proactive, results-oriented mindset. Proficient in CRM software, with strong Excel capabilities and familiarity with other sales tools. Fluency in both Latvian and English.

Role overview

The Sales Manager will drive the growth of MyBee’s client base in Riga, Latvia. This role covers the full sales cycle, from identifying prospects to closing deals, and involves building strong relationships with both new and existing customers. Collaboration with teams across the company is essential to ensure a smooth customer journey.

What you will do

  • Identify potential customers and manage the entire sales process, from first contact to closing.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with current clients.
  • Present MyBee’s services to both B2B and B2C clients, preparing tailored proposals when needed.
  • Analyze sales data and client feedback to generate insights that support company growth.
  • Work closely with Operations, Fleet Management, and other teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Achieve or surpass sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Contribute to improving sales processes by refining strategies and workflows.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, key account management, or a related field.
  • Organized approach to outbound sales, including managing lead lists, prioritizing outreach, and tracking progress.
  • Comfort with cold outreach using phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate leads and connect with decision-makers.
  • Proven record of exceeding sales targets and supporting business growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships.
  • Effective time management and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
  • Experience with CRM software, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with other sales tools.
  • Fluency in Latvian and English.
