This team will consist of a blend of Inside Sales and Enterprise Inside Sales Representatives, totaling 12 members, who will support both EMEA and US markets. To ensure effective cross-regional collaboration, this position requires availability during the hours of 11:00–19:30 CET.This role is perfect for an individual with experience in building and scaling sales teams, who is adept at utilizing modern sales enablement tools, like Regie. You will play a pivotal role in transforming our Prague hub into a high-performing sales incubation team that focuses on both inbound and outbound lead generation, while also supporting Account Managers and Strategic Account Executives in expanding Wrike’s presence within existing accounts.Key Responsibilities:You will inherit an existing team and fill additional roles in Prague to cultivate a collaborative environment where representatives can learn from one another. This necessitates a minimum of three days per week in the office, as collaboration, coaching, and shared learning are fundamental to our approach.Your responsibilities will include onboarding and coaching new hires, refining the operational model, and developing consistent, scalable work methods. This position combines operational excellence, hands-on coaching, and strategic scaling. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and RevOps to validate, optimize, and expand innovative market strategies.Your Impact:Build and scale a co-located Inside Sales team in Prague, defining roles, hiring priorities, and team structure as the function expands.Lead, coach, and develop a team of Inside Sales and Enterprise Sales Representatives, enhancing performance across inbound and outbound initiatives.Optimize KPIs and expectations (activities, meetings, SQLs, pipeline, bookings) while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.Implement consistent coaching rhythms including one-on-ones, call reviews, and performance feedback.
