Your Role as SMB Sales Manager
As the SMB Sales Manager at Cirrus, you will take the helm of a dynamic team of Account Executives, driving the sales of our LED display solutions via our innovative HaaS model. Your responsibilities will include recruiting, training, and mentoring your team to generate new business, optimize the sales pipeline, and achieve revenue targets. We seek a proactive leader who can effectively implement sales strategies, manage a streamlined sales funnel, leverage data to identify challenges, and foster a high-performance sales culture.
This position is fully on-site at our Dallas (Las Colinas) office. Our team thrives on collaboration and real-time interaction, with standard work hours from Monday to Friday.
