Position Overview
We are on the lookout for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager who will lead and scale our sales team. Key Responsibilities

  • Guide, mentor, and develop a team of sales representatives to consistently achieve and surpass revenue goals.
  • Craft and implement scalable SaaS sales strategies across both inbound and outbound channels.
  • Track and enhance the sales pipeline, forecast accuracy, and conversion rates.
  • Set clear KPIs and performance metrics, ensuring team accountability and progress.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to enhance the customer journey.
  • Discover market opportunities and refine positioning to gain a competitive edge.
  • Foster a high-performance culture through coaching, feedback, and ongoing professional development.
  • Deploy and optimize CRM and sales tools to boost team productivity and reporting.
