Position Overview

With over 30 million euros in real estate opportunities available, we are expanding and seeking a key player to help elevate our brand. This crucial role entails identifying new business prospects, cultivating client relationships, and driving sales growth as we continue to make significant advancements in the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through in-depth market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Organize and attend property viewings through estate agents and other networks to facilitate the sale of Square One’s real estate properties.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, industry partners, and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create customized proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
- Negotiate and finalize deals, ensuring that all terms and contracts align with company objectives.
