About the job

CRM & Sales Operations

  • Administer and maintain our CRM system (HubSpot): user management, roles, fields, lists
  • Create and update sales playbooks and documentation
  • Data cleansing and quality assurance (GDPR compliant)
  • Manage forecast stages, deal data, stakeholder mapping, and close dates
  • Set up and maintain reports and dashboards (e.g., pipeline, win rates, stage movement)
  • Assist with forecast checks and data analyses
  • Structure and maintain sales documentation and templates in SharePoint
  • Communicate with the sales team regarding CRM topics and enablement measures

Sales Support

  • Assist in the preparation of proposals
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, and compliance on contract processing
  • Coordinate internal discussions during the proposal process
  • Maintain customer data and create sales materials
  • Prepare meetings, follow-ups, and track tasks
  • Support events and trade shows
