CRM & Sales Operations
- Administer and maintain our CRM system (HubSpot): user management, roles, fields, lists
- Create and update sales playbooks and documentation
- Data cleansing and quality assurance (GDPR compliant)
- Manage forecast stages, deal data, stakeholder mapping, and close dates
- Set up and maintain reports and dashboards (e.g., pipeline, win rates, stage movement)
- Assist with forecast checks and data analyses
- Structure and maintain sales documentation and templates in SharePoint
- Communicate with the sales team regarding CRM topics and enablement measures
Sales Support
- Assist in the preparation of proposals
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and compliance on contract processing
- Coordinate internal discussions during the proposal process
- Maintain customer data and create sales materials
- Prepare meetings, follow-ups, and track tasks
- Support events and trade shows
