Your Role
The Sales Planning Analyst plays a pivotal role in supporting the Global Sales Planning Cycle, assisting the Sales Operations team with various operational aspects. Responsibilities will encompass stock reporting, future pipeline analysis, and order bank management, as well as evaluating inventory levels and forecast accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain all master data for the Sales & Operations Planning tool.
- Ensure Sales & Operations Planning files are updated with actuals at the beginning of each monthly cycle.
- Keep approved sales plans on the shared drive current and archive previous versions appropriately.
- Maintain Order Management files and Retailer Targets files.
- Conduct analysis for various assigned projects.
Ideal Candidate:
- 1-2 years of experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
- Background in a sales or planning environment is advantageous.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Familiarity with SAP and Excel is desirable.
- Strong commercial awareness.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with multiple stakeholders.
- Robust analytical capabilities with a process-oriented mindset.
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude.
- Able to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth setting.
