About the job

At Eurostar, we are committed to providing our passengers with an unparalleled travel experience across Europe. Join us and become part of a dynamic, connected, and multicultural team that feels at home across four countries, united by a common goal: to create an exceptional experience for our passengers. Are you ready to embark on this journey with us?

Located at the Eurostar terminal in Paris Gare du Nord, you will be the face of Eurostar, responsible for welcoming, guiding, and informing our international clientele. Additionally, you will manage commercial operations and oversee various areas within the terminal.

We seek individuals who can deliver an unforgettable travel experience to our customers. If you are passionate about customer interaction and possess the required knowledge, this position is perfect for you.

This role involves working in shifts of 2x8, including weekends and public holidays.

Being on a 'reserve' contract means your schedule may be adjusted at the last minute to meet service needs, in compliance with regulations.

You must be able to start your shift, in full uniform, at 5:55 AM or finish at midnight, depending on your schedule, and please note that we do not provide parking facilities.

Your responsibilities will include…

  • Engaging directly with customers to anticipate their needs. You will welcome, inform, and guide them throughout their journey in the terminal: from queue management to check-in, passport control, and boarding. You will also be responsible for ticket sales and post-sales support for all Eurostar routes.
  • Managing the service for groups, individuals with reduced mobility, and minors, in accordance with our procedures and regulations.
  • Ensuring high-quality service while adhering to safety and security guidelines.
  • In our 'control tower', you will perform commercial operations and manage travel information: announcements and display updates, as well as coordinating assistance with our partner, Challancin.
  • On the platforms, you will ensure the timely dispatch of Eurostar trains, guaranteeing the safety of customers and staff while providing impeccable customer service.

Security Training and Background Check

All personnel working at the Eurostar cross-channel terminal must visibly wear a security badge.

This badge is issued under two conditions:

- Successful completion of internal security training

- Undergoing a background check conducted by the Paris police prefecture, which will carry out various checks...
