At A1 Garage Door Service, our Sales & Service Consultants expertly blend consultative sales with hands-on mechanical tasks. You'll engage with homeowners in need of service, quickly build trust, recommend tailored solutions, secure the sale, and conduct the repair personally.
No prior garage door experience? We provide comprehensive training in all necessary mechanical skills to help you thrive.

Your Daily Responsibilities
This role is primarily focused on sales, but you'll also engage in hands-on tasks. Each day you will:
Sell
Meet homeowners during scheduled service calls.
Quickly establish trust, clearly explain options, and close repair or upgrade sales.
Repair
Replace springs, rollers, motors, and other door components.
Install keypads, run wiring, and adjust equipment for optimal functionality.
Lubricate and test equipment to ensure smooth operation.
Utilize basic hand and power tools to accomplish the tasks you sell.
Serve
Provide exceptional customer service on every call.
