About the Position
As a Sales Support Intern at Channext, you will collaborate closely with our Partner Development Representatives to onboard partners from renowned vendors such as Apple, Lenovo, and Microsoft onto the Channext platform. You will take responsibility for tasks that directly support our sales initiatives, including re-establishing connections with lapsed partners, creating compelling testimonials that aid in closing future deals, and ensuring the sales pipeline remains well-organized.
This is a hands-on operational role at the core of a high-performing B2B SaaS sales team. You will ensure the partner engagement process runs smoothly by managing the inbox, maintaining CRM accuracy, conducting outreach to reconnect partners, and ensuring that no opportunities are missed.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitating Pipeline Support
Re-engage lapsed partners through proactive outbound calls and emails, successfully bringing them back to the platform.
Conduct testimonial discussions with satisfied partners to create a library of social proof that fuels our sales and marketing strategies.
Monitor the progress of partners during onboarding and proactively reach out when new vendors join Channext, inviting them to participate in campaigns.
Ensuring Operational Efficiency
Oversee the partner inbox and serve as the initial point of contact for incoming partner inquiries.
Provide frontline support to partners and escalate issues as necessary.
Maintain and improve HubSpot data integrity: clean partner records, fill in data gaps, and ensure CRM reflects accurate information.
