Your Responsibilities Take clear responsibility for achieving targets (e.g., revenue, pipeline, and conversion goals) and proactively manage deviations. Conduct data-driven analysis of sales KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, deal velocity, pipeline health) and derive actionable measures for performance improvement. Build and continuously optimize scalable sales processes in a rapidly growing environment. Engage in active forecasting and closely manage the pipeline to ensure predictable results. Identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel and develop pragmatic, swift solutions. Ensure a high level of team activity (calls, meetings, closures) and consistently follow up on actions. Collaborate closely with other departments (e.g., Marketing, Operations) to leverage growth opportunities. Exemplify a hands-on mentality and actively intervene during critical phases (e.g., closing weeks). Continuously develop the sales strategy based on market feedback and performance data.

About the job

Doctolib is seeking a Sales Team Lead for the Hospital Sector (m/f/x) to join the KA Hospitals Sales Team in Berlin. This position is offered as a limited-term contract for two years.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and coach a team of five sales professionals focused on hospital clients, with the potential to grow the team further.
  • Serve as the main connection between the sales group and broader team management, supporting both daily tasks and long-term objectives.
  • Drive new customer acquisition and support the development of team members through direct guidance and active involvement.
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Hospitals, stepping in to help the team directly when required.
  • During the initial six months, concentrate on stabilizing the team, establishing new processes, and launching targeted development efforts to boost performance.
