As a Salesforce Administrator at Vatica Health, you will be instrumental in maintaining and optimizing our Salesforce platform to bolster the Sales organization. This pivotal role encompasses system administration, ensuring data integrity, automating processes, and enhancing sales teams' productivity through improved usability and insights. You will operate with a degree of independence and report directly to the Director of Growth Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce Administration & Support:
- Act as the primary administrator for Salesforce, overseeing:
- Day-to-day support requests, troubleshooting issues, resolving system errors, and addressing user inquiries.
- System configuration management, including custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, workflows, and flows.
- Facilitating new user onboarding, training, and promoting ongoing user adoption.
- Collaborating with Revenue Operations and leadership to enhance Salesforce usability and performance.
Sales Process Optimization:
- Work alongside Sales and Customer Success leadership to translate business processes into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Identify process gaps and propose system enhancements to increase efficiency and pipeline visibility.
- Implement automation (flows, workflows, approvals) to streamline sales and customer success processes, minimizing manual tasks.
- Support pipeline management processes including opportunity stages, forecasting, and activity tracking.
- Assist with Customer Success Account Plans, Cases, and Opportunity management to ensure accurate account tracking.
Reporting & Data Management:
- Design and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into pipeline health, sales performance, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure data integrity through routine audits and adherence to data governance best practices.
- Monitor and enhance data quality standards for accounts, contacts, leads, and opportunities.
- Deliver actionable insights to Sales leadership through comprehensive reporting and analysis.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to ensure cohesive alignment across systems and processes.
- Support integrations between Salesforce and other sales tools (e.g., marketing automation, enrichment tools, CPQ, etc.).
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams for system enhancements and projects.
- Engage in cross-functional initiatives to improve overall operational efficiency.
