Accountable for the creation of solution architecture blueprints, comprehensive architecture designs, and integration frameworks within the broader technical landscape.
- Effective Communication and Influence: Demonstrate outstanding communication capabilities, adept at articulating intricate technical concepts in a clear and persuasive manner. Motivate and influence stakeholders at all levels with well-structured arguments, supported by thorough evidence and research.
- Practice Growth: Contribute to go-to-market and pre-sales initiatives by developing compelling proposals and solution designs tailored to meet client needs. Lead the design and execution of targeted Proof of Concepts and Salesforce demonstrations to illustrate the platform's value.
2. Salesforce Solution Design and Architecture
- Multi-cloud Architecture: Establish and implement Salesforce architectural strategies that incorporate multi-cloud solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.), leveraging the latest platform capabilities.
- Quality Assurance: Offer technical expertise on best practices, security measures, and governance for Salesforce implementations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration and Integration: Collaborate with empowered, cross-functional teams to integrate various perspectives, making informed decisions that balance feasibility, viability, usability, and value. Foster a cooperative environment that enhances team synergy and innovation.
