Key Responsibilities
- Empower the team to manage their own ceremonies by offering the necessary support, tools, and guidance, ensuring meetings are team-led, productive, and focused on delivering value.
- Act as a subject matter expert on lean and agile principles, guiding the team to develop, own, and refine an effective process that consistently delivers value based on chosen frameworks and practices.
- Promote transparency by maintaining clear reporting and visible Agile dashboards (e.g., burn-down charts, flow metrics), making the team’s progress and challenges understood by all.
- Coach the team towards greater self-organization, cross-functional collaboration, and a strong sense of ownership.
