What you will do Oversee quality assurance activities within the ART, ensuring the established testing strategy is followed. Coordinate ART-level and cross-functional testing, focusing on new feature acceptance and overall product quality. Maintain transparency on status, risks, and dependencies, and identify quality-related actions as needed. Support Product Managers and Epic Owners in making acceptance and quality decisions. Document test requirements, results, and coordinate test cases and test data at the ART feature level. Provide technical leadership for Quality Engineers and facilitate quality-focused meetings. Serve as the main contact for testing and quality matters within the ART. Advance testing practices, with a focus on automation and comprehensive end-to-end testing. Participate in the QM Community and foster collaboration among Quality Engineers. Help build internal skills and ensure effective knowledge transfer across the team. Analyze dependencies in cloud components slated for migration to support end-to-end testing initiatives.
