Previous experience in the banking sector (preferred).3. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.4. Familiarity with FFIEC standards for EDP.5. Capability to work independently.6. Essential Requirement: Experience with Tivoli IAM is mandatory for this position. Applications lacking this experience will not be reviewed.

As a Security Administrator, you will be responsible for managing user access requests, enforcing access controls, and promoting data security awareness. You will keep abreast of the latest security technologies and contribute to the implementation and development of new security hardware and software solutions. Additionally, you will provide security consulting services to management, authorized to perform all lawful actions necessary for the investigation and prevention of security violations and safeguarding of information.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee security controls for all data and information security systems:
- Plan and implement information security controls
- Conduct daily security administration of assigned systems
- Review audit trails and access control violations, reporting incidents to the Monitoring Team and management as necessary (limited to systems not yet migrated to the Monitoring and Engineering Team)
- Assist users with issues, implementing corrective actions when required
- Address Help Desk inquiries by reviewing and acting on entries in the Remedy System
- Maintain up-to-date security administration databases, updating as changes arise
- Provide technical support for Americas Offices upon request
- Offer technical assistance for new systems during all implementation phases
- Review and adjust security controls as needed
- Act as a specialist in security administration for Head Office Systems and Trading Room applications
- Lead specific projects as assigned.


2. Develop and update Security Procedures:
- Collaborate with the Security Administration Team Leader to create and revise security procedures
- Document security administration procedures thoroughly
- Ensure comprehensive documentation exists for each system
- Review and maintain existing security procedures
- Confirm that audit procedures are in place for critical systems.

3. Support Business Continuity initiatives, including test participation. Serve as an alternate Business Process Owner (BPO) for the System Security Administration team during disaster recovery situations.

4. Stay informed on current industry trends in information security.

5. Assist internal and external auditors and examiners by preparing reports, collecting information, and addressing inquiries.
