At SOS Security, we pride ourselves on delivering modern and values-driven security solutions. We are currently looking for a dedicated and professional Security Guard to join our team at one of Harrow's premier residential sites.
The ideal candidate will be well-presented, articulate, and dependable, ready to provide top-tier security services for our contract in London HA7.
Work Schedule:
Friday to Sunday, 18:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Total: 36 hours per week
Compensation:
£12.95 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct routine patrols throughout the premises.
Request trespassers to vacate the property.
Remove non-compliant visitors as necessary.
Report incidents promptly as they arise.
Manage entry access to the venue.
Assist distressed customers and provide first aid when required.
Observe and monitor customer behavior.
Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols.
Enforce venue regulations effectively.
Qualifications:
Strong commitment to customer service and understanding client needs.
Current SIA license.
Ability to account for activities over the last 5 years.
Eligibility to work in the UK.
Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment, preferably in hospitality or corporate security.
Proven customer-facing experience.
Flexibility to cover additional shifts if needed.
Drive and motivation to excel as a team player.
Self-starter with strong initiative.
Excellent organizational skills and capability to meet tight deadlines.
Strong record-keeping and data management abilities.
