Key ResponsibilitiesAcquire new enterprise clients throughout Germany within Pendo’s strategic sector. Oversee complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial contact to closing. Consistently achieve sales of $500K–$1M+ in SaaS solutions. Establish and nurture trusted relationships with C-level executives and senior decision-makers. Craft and implement comprehensive, strategic account plans. Position Pendo’s AI-enhanced Data & Analytics platform as an essential facilitator of digital transformation. Collaborate across departments to secure and expand strategic accounts. Ensure accurate forecasting and maintain disciplined pipeline management. Experience & RequirementsA strong enthusiasm for AI and technology, with a keen interest in its applications in our operations. A proven track record of closing enterprise SaaS deals in the range of $500K–$1M+ across the DACH region. Experience selling into large, complex, matrix organizations. A background in Data, Analytics, AI, or enterprise technology solutions. Demonstrated success within startup or rapidly growing environments. Confidence in engaging senior stakeholders and executive buyers. Highly organized, strategic, and self-motivated. Fluency in German and professional proficiency in English.
