Position Summary
We are looking for a Senior Account Executive (a role we refer to as Area Director) to launch, expand, and oversee a Stroll publication in your local area. If selected, you will act as a local publisher: generating revenue, forging partnerships with local business owners, and crafting a magazine that embodies the spirit of your community.
Your initial months will be focused on establishing your territory and building your client portfolio. Subsequently, you will enhance an asset that you own.
This hybrid role encompasses a mix of in-person community interaction and work from your home office.

- Conduct consultative meetings with local business owners to establish enduring advertising partnerships.
- Foster significant relationships in the community utilizing an effective engagement model.
- Connect local businesses with their target customers through your publication.
- Engage with homeowners to gather genuine, community-driven content.
- Oversee your territory, sales pipeline, and publication operations.
- Collaborate with N2's national team for design, production, training, and ongoing support.
- Lead the growth of your publication as the representative of Stroll in your market.
