What we are looking for:Fluency in both Arabic and English. A minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in the Central government, Defense, and Security sectors. A demonstrated history of consistently exceeding sales quotas for at least 3 years. Experience in enterprise software sales, including field sales and account management, with a successful track record. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift rapidly. A history of selling to IT infrastructure, security, and C-level executives is a plus. A self-starter mindset with a keen ability to learn quickly, being highly coachable and receptive to feedback.

We are on the lookout for a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Account Executive – Security & Defense to spearhead our business development efforts with both new and existing enterprise customers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Your primary focus will be on strategic accounts to enhance growth, foster customer engagement, and ensure disciplined execution.

 

Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Managing a comprehensive book of business that includes new business development, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
  • Implementing solution selling strategies across both existing clients and prospective customers.
  • Crafting and executing strategic account plans, engaging with executive-level stakeholders, and developing executive-level presentations.
  • Maintaining a robust sales pipeline, with proactive development as part of your daily operations.
  • Driving renewals while generating upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the current customer base.
  • Forecasting revenue expectations and reporting on account-related activities.
  • Conducting weekly field meetings with customers to strengthen relationships.
