This position offers an On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $120,000 or more, with current Senior Account Executives at CardFlight consistently surpassing their targets.

We are on the lookout for a Senior Account Executive to join our Inside Sales Team and play a pivotal role in the growth of our SwipeSimple Connect product. The ideal candidate will be at the forefront, assisting local business owners in streamlining payments, enhancing revenue, and modernizing their customer engagement through our innovative CRM and payment processing solutions. You will transform everyday transactions into enduring relationships by understanding the unique needs of small businesses and passionately showcasing the value of our software.

Location: Greater Los Angeles, CA area. This role is primarily remote, with occasional in-person collaboration alongside your manager and colleagues in Chicago, IL, up to three times a year on company-determined dates.

The perfect candidate will boast robust outbound sales experience, exceptional communication skills, and a proven knack for closing deals in a fast-paced setting. Experience in selling to small-to-medium businesses (SMBs), knowledge of the payments industry, or selling SaaS solutions is highly preferred. You will report directly to the Head of Inside Sales.

This position is full-time and non-exempt, with employment contingent upon a successful background check. Upon hiring, you will engage in an in-person onboarding during your first week and receive a structured schedule aligned with business needs. We provide a clear advancement pathway, including a structured 3-month ramp-up plan, and offer company equity to reward your success and align your growth with ours.
