Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Analyze market data and insights to drive selection and service improvements.
  • Conduct performance analysis and consulting based on metrics segmented by merchant, region, and channel.
  • Advance store operations with a focus on ground-level strategies.

Qualifications

  • At least 7 years of experience in B2C and B2B sales.
  • Proven experience in direct sales across diverse products and services.
  • Ability to define problems and derive solutions based on strategic thinking.
  • Confidence in formulating execution strategies based on strategic insights.
  • Sales territories include Osaka, Hyogo, Kyoto, Nara, Shiga, or Wakayama.
  • Related company office located in Osaka.
