DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Responsibilities:
Strategic Account Management & Business Development
- Establish and nurture long-lasting relationships with pivotal clients throughout Abu Dhabi, serving as a trusted advisor and collaborative business partner.
- Foster business expansion by identifying and developing new accounts, nurturing existing relationships, and broadening CNS’s presence in assigned sectors.
- Formulate and maintain a comprehensive account plan for each major client, aligned with annual sales objectives and CNS’s solution offerings.
Sales Planning and Forecasting
- Develop and manage an organized sales pipeline, ensuring precise revenue forecasting and timely tracking of opportunities.
- Identify forthcoming projects and budget cycles within key accounts to proactively promote CNS solutions.
- Analyze regional market trends and competitive activity to refine sales strategies and distinguish CNS offerings.
Solution Selling & Bid Management
- Present customized, value-driven technical and commercial solutions across CNS’s complete portfolio of IT services and solutions.
- Collaborate with pre-sales teams, principals, and solution architects to deliver persuasive proposals, presentations, and demonstrations.
- Lead contract negotiations to completion, ensuring profitability, compliance, and alignment with customer expectations.
Customer Satisfaction & Retention
- Guarantee high levels of customer satisfaction through consistent engagement, understanding evolving needs, and proactively resolving issues.
- Act as a key escalation point, working collaboratively with delivery, project management, and support teams to address client challenges.
Internal Collaboration and Reporting
- Collaborate closely with PMO, finance, collections, and contract teams to facilitate smooth project execution and timely billing.
- Keep client and opportunity data current in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Prepare regular status reports and pipeline updates for senior sales management.
