Role Overview
Location: Paris 9th, France

As a Senior Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be to nurture and expand key accounts at Bigblue, focusing on the most promising European D2C brands while playing a vital role in their growth and success.

Cultivating Lasting Partnerships
- Develop and sustain robust relationships with merchants within your portfolio.
- Assist various stakeholders in their daily engagement with Bigblue services.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and business champion for our merchants.

Collaborative Growth
- Support the strategic development of our merchants and identify key metrics that drive growth.
- Navigate and achieve complex objectives in which the strategy is not yet defined, balancing short-term customer needs with long-term company goals.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Advocating for Customer Excellence
- Analyze trends in merchant feedback and initiate improvement plans while managing expectations.
- Leverage customer insights and market trends to assist in the development of new features that enhance the merchant experience with Bigblue.
- Identify and implement internal enhancements that can benefit a broader customer base (e.g., improving efficiencies through tools and processes).
