Your primary duties will include providing essential information and guidance to prospective students regarding enrollment and the admissions process. You will evaluate student inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure that all actions taken align with the interests of the students, Unitek College, and relevant regulatory agencies. It is imperative to uphold our enrollment standards by adhering to applicable governmental regulations and accreditation standards, ensuring that only eligible students are enrolled as outlined in our catalog.
We are looking for a motivated individual who demonstrates a positive attitude, a commitment to teamwork, and excellent time management skills. You will utilize company-approved admissions materials during communications and interviews, always exercising sound judgment within established procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inquiry calls from prospective students seeking information about our programs, encouraging qualified individuals to book interviews.
- Promptly return web inquiries and calls from potential students, providing accurate details on entrance requirements, curricula, and academic standards.
- Conduct outbound calls to potential students expressing interest in our institution, as this is a crucial aspect of the role.
- Participate in organized phone-a-thons and dialing campaigns following company best practices.
- Generate new business through unsolicited leads when not addressing existing inquiries.
- Follow up on inquiries that did not result in scheduled interviews.
- Engage with candidates who did not complete the enrollment process to address any concerns.
Interviews:
- Schedule and conduct interviews with prospective students, ensuring compliance with financial aid policies.
- Utilize only approved materials during the interview process and adhere to company policies.
- Meet with potential students to explain program offerings and align the benefits of our college with their needs.
